Dr Ronick and his team are fantastic. Probably the best GP Ive ever had. Completely non judgmental, a great listener, and extremely patient. After 3+ years of seeing Dr Ronick, I cant imagine ever leaving.

Waited on hold for 40 minutes to set up a new care appointment. Gave up and didnt get anything scheduled.

I called the appointment center to make a new patient appointment and was told nothing open till May .my pills have only about 3 weeks left I'm diabetic. The appointment center lady. Didn't know my insurance. I told her I have been to Providence clinic around Portland many times in last 20 years . Over 1,000 employees in Oregon with the company I worked for. 4 months wait to see a doctor is a insane and a insult. I will never support Providence as long as they hire stupid people like her. Ken

Staff is good, doctors are fabulous, and Ive consistently been able to see someone next day when I need urgent clinical hours. Reception is helpful getting me in! Im picky about my doctors (and a nurse myself), Dr Thomas is amazing and Ive really liked everyone Ive seen in clinic. Do expect to be on hold trying to contact this office for 15 sometimes 30 minutes despite being the next person in line. Just use the call me back option and save yourself the hold music. Its been like this every time I call the year Ive been at this practice it can be a headache when trying to get something simple answered (prescription or otherwise). If they could improve this part then Id have zero complaints! Waiting room is never very busy they stagger well, never had to wait very long. Clean. They can draw your labs in the office. All in all very good where it matters!

Dr Riemann was great5 stars! Administratively, however, this place is a headache. The number of things I had to fill out, then they asked me the same things in person, and its pretty hard to get through on the phone. Plus I wasnt even supposed to see dr reimann; they switched me last minute when Ensminger was unavailable. Luckily I liked reimann.
