The technician who came out was thorough, respectful, quick and was able to assist us in the transfer of all of our locking systems/ They made recommendations which not only saved us money, but ease of use, and more secure and manageable system, which put our family's safety in the forefront. We are thankful for their service, and I would recommend Master Locksmith to everyone.

Between the phone call, arrival time, and getting into the car it only took 30 minutes max. What great customer service, pricing, and timing. All and all a great experience.

Locked my car key in my car. Phone was dying. Had a co worker call these people. Was not given an explanation of actions being taken or work needed. Was not given a quote. They popped the locked and told me it was going to be 260 dollars. I called back later asking how much it should be because that sounded a bit rediculous and the dispatcher told me itd be about 75 dollars, or 45 dollars if I had the Yelp app. I attempted to get in contact with their customer assistance people via their web page message submission system and have not recieved anything back. The person who I got a quote from after service was rendered was unprofessional and a little annoying. 260 dollars to open a door with zero complications? That's absurd.
