Shannon McAlister is simply the best! We were a bit nervous going into the home buying process, having never done it before but Shannon put us at ease immediately. We did an initial zoom meeting to get to know one another and answer any questions we had. After that, her requests for documents and necessary proof for the lending process were clear and easy to follow. She responded so quickly anytime we had a question, even on the weekend! Then when it was time to finalize everything and sign all of the documents she made that super easy too. I highly recommend Shannon and ENG Lending to anyone in need of buying a home.
