In years past, this has been a reasonable place to go but I went to buy some trivial fuel lines for a couple Ryobi String trimmers. Even though I had pictures of all the data plates on the engines, they still sold me 2 out of 6 wrong parts. The price, a few cents under $60. Looking online, the most I could have paid anywhere was about $32 with shipping. While in the store, I asked how they could cost $60 and they said it was Ryobi price increases. Those price increases seem to have only been to their store.and it was also easy to look up the correct part numbers online from the information I had. I really suspect they entered the wrong quantities in their adding machine when they calculates the non-invoice provided price to charge me. They seemed to be fumbling pretty big time.

I took my mower in this past weekend and got a call that they are not going to fix it since owner died and are going to close up shop.

worst customer service ever. " hi, Al's" I have a question about my mower. " yea, can you call back we are busy". sure no problem. ...Later. "hi, Al's" I have a quest... "can we call you back?" sure my number is 503.......... Week later nothing. Found superior help on line with a company back east. Buy local my AS$
