Tom and Kim were absolutely a breath of fresh air for this very important jewelry purchase. They were recommended by a family member who kept raving about them, and now I understand why. Excellent customer service--patience with all of my questions and education on what will last and what won't(insert big chain-store jewelers here), no pressure to purchase, extremely talented craftsmen(daily compliments on the custom ring); absolute first class. I will recommend them to everyone I know.

Fantastic! They re-sized my custom, unusual wedding ring from the UK and did a, literally, seamless job!  Excellent customer service!Nice folks! Knowledgeable, and not the cheesy hard sell like other area jewelery stores. How shall I say? It is like they are old money not new money.  Refreshing.Nice part of town, nothing stands out as being unsafe. Downtown street kind of parking, but we never had to go far.

My wife and I first used them to create her unique engagement ring.  They were the only store who would listen to what she was looking for and create the ring she wanted.  We have since been back and had our wedding bands made as well as other repair work completed.Their wonderful costumer service is hard to come by and the work Thomas does is like no other.  What always surprised is me is how low the prices are considering everything is custom and hand made.  There is no place we'd rather go than Jones & Jones!

10 StarsI was referred by a friend and I could not be more pleased by the craftsmanship and customer service I received!As the result of an injury I needed to have my custom wedding set re-sized UP 2 ring sizes.  I was afraid that my rings would be "different" after the alteration.  But they took great care to evaluate my finger and ring fit situation, and the re-sized rings look exactly like the originals, and fit over my new knuckle perfectly.  I could not be more pleased with the finished product after the alteration.  If I didn't know better I'd say this was the original wedding set.In addition to the excellent craftsmanship, the price I paid was very reasonable for the job.  They quoted an estimate which I thought sounded fair for the work.  But when I picked up my beautiful rings they charged me the "actual" price which was 20% lower than the estimate.  This is the mark of a reputable business in my opinion!Great service, nice people, excellent quality work, exceptionally fair and appropriate price for the job.  Thank you for exceeding my expectations and returning my precious rings so beautifully!Only word of advice - they are located in a very cute but very busy little business neighborhood.  Parking on Saturday was challenging.  So I'd advise trying to swing by on a weekday.
