What does one say? I didn't take any pictures of the 15+ playfully plated dishes but even a good photo wouldn't do much to capture the special, precise intentionality in each bite. Not every dish in the (2+ hour omakase) menu was perfect for me but nothing missed the mark and every bite was either sublime or a new taste/texture adventure. The service was exceptional and created/supported an intimate atmosphere among the exceptional experience. This restaurant is remarkably expensive and requires making reservations far in advance but the remarkable talent in both the kitchen and front of house are more than worth it.

The staff was so attentive, and the menu was so beautifully curated. Definitely a special meal we'll be talking about for a long time!

I've had Nodoguro on my must-try list for a while, and I'm so happy my boyfriend took me here for my birthday. The atmosphere was intimate, and the overall experience was great. I enjoyed every dish. Definitely planning to return for special occasions.
