Exceptionally mediocre fare poorly executed. Very disappointing. Our group of 16 arrived on time then waited. There menu was predetermined yet we still waited. And waited. Finally a small pizza came out. We waited. Then another small pizza. Wait. A third pizza. Waited. Salad arrived. Wine was slow. The pasta started to arrive and the bolognese was okay. Then the gnocchi came. Horrible. It was in paste not sauce; sticky and gross and lukewarm. I could have pulled a finer dessert out of my grocers freezer case than the one that was served. I would not return here unless they went back to a full menu and multiple servers.

My friends took me here for my birthday as one Renata's private events and I still feel bad about this. What a massive ripoff. For $120 a person you get about 2oz of salad, 2oz of pasta, and a dessert. The pasta is alright, it's nothing special. We had to beg staff for more, which they brought out some ribs, but why did we have to beg? Drinks cost extra, lucky it's BYOB. For the same cost you can go to so many other places and get actual variety and noticeable quality. It's absurd to think this place charges $120 a person to sit in a private room for 6oz of food... 3 courses... I think this place is more expensive then Tercet, Quintrelle, and La Pigeon... To break down the courses you are paying for: $30 for 2oz of Salad. $30 for 2oz of Pasta $30 for Tiramisu + Private room + BYOB (lol) I never write negative reviews but it has been endlessly bothering me. Usually I just move past it and give 5 stars when it's good, but wow... Nothing about this place is worth the cost. If you are reading this and thinking about booking this place then let me present some alternatives that would excite your taste buds and present some variety. Mucca Osteria Serrato Pazzo Ristorante Andina I think you could turn all those places into multiple course meals + multiple cocktails for the same cost.
