        Horribly incompetent and inept staff takes forever to move the car banking line forward. Waited over 25 mins in a hot car before I decided to give up on depositing cash at this branch. If any bank wants my business, they're going to have to demonstrate the ability to demonstrate adequate customer service. Forgoing an indoor physical line with several tellers for a single drive-up only banking line is unacceptable in terms of customer service. Will now consider changing my bank account to a different bank.

        Stay away from wells fargo and especially from this branch. They dont have any idea what they are doing. I sent a wire tranfer asking to be sent in USD dollars, the banker did a mistake converting them in euros, and I lost few thousand dollars. They dont want to cover their own mistake. Worst experience!!!!! Stay away from this bank and close your accounts!
