I had to get a lawyer, because company never returned phone calls and voicemail was full every time I called . I was out of work for 3 weeks and did not receive pay benefits until I consulted a lawyer. The claims adjuster also declined medical treatments essential to my recovery. Horrible company.

I had to get a lawyer, because company never returned phone calls and voicemail was full for 2 weeks. I was out of work for 1 month and did not receive pay benefits until I consulted a lawyer. The claims adjuster also declined medical treatments essential to my recovery. Horrible company. I would call your state workman Comp Ombudsman if these guys are handling your insurance to protect yourself. They're a chopshop at best.

They denied my claim despite it being obvious my injury was work related, I had to get a lawyer

Adjuster never answer and voicemail is always full, been about 6months now and they cant seem to get billing correct as they think I'll be paying workmans comp doctor visits..
