I ended up in small claims with this company 7 years ago over a car I had sold. The new person I sold it to got stopped and towed. Some 6 months later they came after me for tow cost and storage fees. After small claims with all evidence that I had sold car judge informed me that he believed I was not the person who should be paying fines however Oregon law states if car is in my name I am held responsible. The judgment was $648. I called next day and went to their office and settled the judgment. At that time I was informed they would make sure it was not entered on credit. 5 years later I refinanced my house and it was on my credit report as an unsatisfided judgement. I called and they said , "sorry, we forgot to send paper work". I was told they would take care of it. Then just yesterday I applied for a car loan and the judgment comes up un satisfied again. I have tried calling and no one answers phone. Mail box is full so I can't leave message. If there were a way to sue them I would. They have been paid money but continue to not do their part and are messing up my credit.
