My wife and I have been clients of Richard Downey for the past 4 years. This office is awesome. Theyre on top of things, they actually follow up, and they feel like advocates rather than adversaries. Special shout out to Marit, whom I spoke to the most I think, because she was incredibly nice and exceeded my expectations in every interaction we had.

Each time I have contacted Richards office he and his staff our always very professional, quick and friendly. I never worry about anything being with this office we are always well taken care of! I have referred many family and friends to this office.

Not satisfied with this office, it seemed to be in disarray. The office person was never available and they never got back to me when they said they would. Their prices for insurance were all over the map, mostly too high and not competitive. Find another office!
