If you like getting a call center in Spokane, if you like not having your calls returned, if you like never getting the same agent twice because they “no longer work here”, this is the perfect place for you to do business. And when you notify them that you have canceled a policy because you have moved to another company, they fail to notify the prior insurance company. Thank you for the aggravation of the past two years. Missing it like a hang nail.

Terrible service. Once they sell you a policy they won't return calls. Move on.

We chose to purchase health insurance through our business from Joe a few years ago, the very first time any of the employees needed to use it, the coverage and plan that he sold us wasn’t even close to what we got. He brought in brochures and pamphlets with prices, deductibles, and coverages, made a ton of promises to get our business, then when we went to use it and none of the information was accurate, he offered absolutely zero help. All of the 1 star reviews on this guy and his business are absolutely spot on. Typical greasy used car salesmen ethics. Do your research and stay away from Hecht
