A great experience from start to finish. We had a small but relatively complex project on our front walk and steps. It included replacement of a wood/composite porch with concrete, covering existing concrete to match, and reconstructing a wood/composite set of steps adjacent to an intact retaining wall. Michael helped us envision an integrated solution, worked well with us as we adjusted materials, finish, and details, and then with his crew created a solution we are very satisfied with. He is detailed, has a good eye for color and material combinations, and is mindful of costs. The project required a number of decisions, and there was never a sense of him wanting to expand the project. For the construction, we got the same crew of very conscientious workers who went out of their way to limit the impact of the project on us and our neighbors. Michael handled the subcontractors (concrete, electrician, metal work) professionally. It was clear that the crew enjoyed the challenge of this unique job, and they were always willing to show or explain how they planned to work through various challenges. They were very responsive to our in-work adjustments to ensure we were happy with the results. They finished on time, but even after the project was complete, they stopped by to add a small detail because Michael had an idea to improve the final appearance of the project. I would highly recommend CNW construction, especially if you are not looking for a cookie-cutter solution. They enjoy a challenge, and deliver excellent results.

I checked out a lot of concrete contractors before picking CNW Construction. Michael Blank showed up the day after I called and gave me a quote the next day. Answered all my questions and gave me good advice. Started the job on time and finished on time. All the workers were pleasant, friendly and worked quickly. Loved my driveway, sidewalk and steps. I would definitely recommend them for any job.

CNW Construction saved my home from drowning. My home was getting swamped with water every year and my attempts to stop it with simple French drains had little to no affect. I got several quotes from contractors but wasn’t very happy with them as they just gave me a dollar amount for the job and no options. Prices ranged from low to very high. I was not comfortable with any of them. A friend suggestion CNW Construction Inc. so I contacted Michael Blank, owner of CNW construction. Michael walked around my property and explained what was going on and said there were several ways to fix my water problems depending on much money I wanted to put into the project. Everything could be buried and out of sight or worked it into the landscape. I went with the water landscape design. Now there are graveled water ways winding through my large backyard that ends in a spiral pond with a water feature. When it’s dry my yard is as beautiful as it is when it’s wet. Michael Blank was open for changes I wanted all through the work process. The work went smoothly and the workers were very nice and best of all didn’t swear or smoke while on my property as children from the neighborhood were present. CNW Construction gave me options that none of the other contractors did. Michael Blank gave me a beautiful landscape as well as fixing my drainage problem. It was a good experience and I will definitely use CNW Construction for all my future remodeling projects.

CNW Construction Inc and the crew are a very top notch!! I hired them to remodel my kitchen from floor to ceiling. Mr Blank referred me to the upmost professional vendors to pick out my cabinets, counter tops and flooring. From there I just had to watch the magic happen. He brought brochure to my home to pick out the rest of the finishing touches. From Appliances to the drawer knobs. Jerry the project manager made sure the job was done on time and in budget. These guys did everything in there power to keep the rest of my house clean during the construction. When they would leave at the end of a day, I couldn't tell they had been there except the progress that was being made in my kitchen, WHICH THEY EVEN MADE TIDY at the end of each day! I would recommend this contractor to anyone, And I will use them again.
