Kirana Kefalos MD

I am so happy to be working with Dr. Kefalos! I have only been seeing her for a short while and I already notice a lot of improvements. I started seeing her for a few reasons, skin issues, chronic fatigue and a general feeling of unwellness. The first thing she did was have me get my lab work done. I am so thankful she did because it helped guide my treatment plan with her. She has given me exercises and supplements that are specific to my body. I could go on and on but I won't, I am really looking forward to my next appointment.

I have been working Dr. Kefalos for 2 months now and so far my experience has been great. I have had undiagnosed symptoms for about 8 years and I have seen at minimum 10 other doctors who have not been able to help me. Since I started working with Dr. Kefalos, I am starting to see improvements. My energy levels are the best they have been in 8 years. I seem to really respond to the eden energy work and muscle testing. Since I have had symptoms for so long, I am not expecting a quick fix, but so far I am feeling MUCH better than I did when I started. I will update my review as I continue working with Dr. Kefalos. As of now, I highly recommend her. UPDATE: I have continued to work with Dr. Kefalos for the last year. She has helped me not only feel better physically, but she and Andi have helped me feel supported and advocated for my health with other practitioners as well. I continue to HIGHLY recommend Dr. Kefalos.

I love Dr. Ks unique approach to looking at the body as a whole. She helped me when I was dealing with months of fatigue and stomach pain. With her help I am starting to get on the right track after struggling for so long and I am gaining my strength and energy back. She is a kind person and a good listener, she also spent time answering all of my questions!

Dr. K has been instrumental in healing health anxiety that I have had for 50 years. At first I must admit being skeptical of energy work in general. But between the power I actually felt in my body and research/readings Dr. K patiently referred me to I gained confidence in this work as a potential healing modality. Dr. K not only does healing work, she empowered me with homework that quickened the process. I am deeply grateful.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kefalos for a year, during which she has provided thorough, specialized care. Her combination of medical training and energy medicine is unique and effective. Through her guidance, which involved medical care, energy sessions, homework, and supplements, the condition that prompted me to see her, I no longer experience. But also, I don't just feel better, I feel I have the strategies to maintain every day health. I highly recommend her.
