        EVERY TIME we go to make a purchase and specify what we need the employees always give us the wrong items or don't give us everything we paid for. This slows us down as we have to go back or wait for a refund. Aside from this, the employees have such bad customer service as they claim it's our fault for not checking. (Apparently we must check they do their job correctly.) Today we got a defective item and a refund apparently can't be guaranteed. Location: 1200 W. Cermak Rd. Chicago, IL. 60608

        I am 73 Bosch AC went out. Tried to get information on part so if possible get it shipped faster. Augusta Georgia store staff would not respond to me with information.
