JR has handled my insurance plan decisions for years and I cannot write enough good things about his service and attention to detail. He has helped me move through the market and find the best plans for me numerous times, not to mention doing the same thing for my employees. He is dedicated, hard-working, truthful, and direct. JR is so kind and helpful. Navigating insurance and the life as an entrepreneur can be stressful, but JR truly cares and will always follow up promptly and Will hold your hand each step of the way. He’s the type of guy you want to work with you to pick your health insurance and figure out what’s best for you. I’ve referred him to many friends and family members and will continue to do so. He is knowledgeable and efficient and a man of integrity.

I post this review reluctantly, but I do so to warn others. JR provided good service initially. However, he did make truthful statements about submitting insurance applications for our family. When we discovered from the carrier that he had not submitted our health insurance applications like he said, then he failed to return any messages to us for over 10 days (after repeated voicemails, text messages, and email messages) - though he was able to check-in on Facebook at a bar for a football game. JR's mishandling of my family's health insurance applications delayed our family receiving mental health treatment. JR can provide good service, which he did multiple times for us, but when he made an error he failed to address it. You would be better off dealing with health insurance companies directly than seeking assistance from JR.

It's always a pleasure to work with JR and his team. He is incredibly on top of things, most useful agent I have EVER worked with. Call backs are usually less then a couple hours and all problems are solved within a reasonable time. Not to mention, JR is the nicest rep to work with!!! Would recommend him to the world!

After a terrible experience with the WA Health Plan Finder, JR finally signed me and my family up for a health plan directly with the insurer. After he mistakenly selected the wrong plan at a premium $450 more per month than we wanted, he never corrected the situation, he never returned my phone calls or texts, and when I finally contacted the insurer myself to verify if he had changed the plan, I was informed that the open enrollment period has ended and I was unable to change the plan. I am working to remedy this. JR dropped off the face of the earth and completely dropped the ball with me and its costing me a HUGE premium payment. I DO NOT recommend him to help you with your insurance needs, not based on the mistake he made, but the way he failed to correct the problem he caused and his refusal to communicate with me or anybody after he made it. For what its worth, this is the first review I have ever done - good or bad.
