Although I have had some issues with my CareOregon over the past few years I just had an incredible experience with someone named Aubrey. She was so kind, considerate, communicative, timely, and really was passionate about helping me! Give this person a raise CareOregon!!! Aubrey= 5 stars, CareOregon=3 stars

I was told they would cover a gel mattress pad for my chronic pain. So I enrolled. A year later they keep denying the claim, saying I did not comply with a provider I was never enrolled with. Melissa with the Steel team clearly did not use medical records to base the denial with, and claimed false statements made by my case manager that were never made. I lie awake in pain Evey night and according to the sleep study I do not reach REM sleep. I have been hospitalized several times for hallucinations due to lack of sleep. I'm disabled and can't afford to buy the $300.00 pad. This is beyond cruel.

I had care with my chiropractor for over 2 years through Care Oregon and suddenly they decided they wouldn’t cover my visits with her. I am 6 months pregnant, in the middle of a pandemic, and need chiropractor care in order to be able to move around every day. I had an extremely traumatic experience with a previous chiropractor and was very comfortable with my current one. I told all of this to Care Oregon and they still denied care with her. They do not care about the mental health or physical well-being of their customers.
