We have used him for three jobs-- bathroom remodel, cottage remodel, and cabinetry work in kitchen. He did an A+++ job on all three.  Filip is perfect for me since I can be indecisive, and Filip has an excellent design sense and is generous with his thoughts.   I learned to trust his judgement on color and materials especially, and the results exceeded my expectations. Great guy too.  Ethical and kind.

I take no pleasure i writing a negative review. In fact Dahlia Home / Filip Georgiev came recommended by a family member that worked with him previously. What I can tell you is the quality that may have existed from their recommendation several years ago, at least in my instance, no longer exists. Without getting bogged down in the individual details of my project what I can say about working with Dahlia Home Renovations / Filip Georgiev is:- Unprofessional communication- Terrible time management- Deceptive billing practicesWhen you're looking for a contractor, these things are critical and unfortunately Filip fell far below my expectations.
