I had heard some friends raving about games I had never heard and I wanted something to play with the family (ages 8-70) over Thanksgiving. Unplugged had them all in stock and even free-to-play floor samples of most of them. Plus the owner was super-cool about explaining the different options and what might appeal to different folks.

One of the nicest owners in town. Selection on magic is smaller, but he gives 100% value on trades! Please frequent this shop, help them stay in business.

Really great store; it's a very open and friendly atmosphere with tables set up for your group to use if you don't have a big enough space at home or if you just want to meet somewhere. They have sample games out and about for most of their stock (pretty big itself but able to order whatever you want (seriously, they were able to find a game I hadn't played since I was a kid and hadn't seen since)) and they also will spend the time to explain games to you and even teach you better strategy sometimes.
They also have a large stock of magic and a couple boxes of old comics to peruse through.
A little known fact about them is they carry weird flavors of ramune. That and their snack selection is pretty impressive.
So, on the whole: 9/10 stars. Unplugged games is a great place to stop in and play games with friends and family, the owner is really nice and friendly, and I would recommend (and have) to most of my friends.
