Weathersby Guild Portland: This company was by far amazing. We had an issue with another manufacturer sending the goods with the incorrect COM and when I reached out to Corey he helped me figure out a way to get these chairs fixed in a timely manner. The communication that was received the whole time in regards to this issue was amazing and I would recommend using them on any project. They went above and beyond and helped medic other issues that were involved with these chairs and the end product was great.

My husband and I have a Pottery Barn bed with drawers built in. One night, he forgot to close one and walked into it, and cracked the drawer (the wood is an African Walnut of sorts that is super soft). Calling Pottery Barn wasn't helpful, and they couldn't provide a replacement drawer, so we looked and Corey Saffer was willing to take on the job. His quoted price was great, and reasonable. He finished the job quickly, given the holidays. Also, the best part, given the wood is an African Walnut, the replacement piece that Corey used is almost a perfect match, even though it's not the same wood. The stain matches perfectly to the existing drawer, and has the same sheen/gloss, as well. We can't tell that there was ever any damage done in the first place, and are 100% satisfied. I would highly recommend Corey for any wood-working projects where you may not have the setup, or expertise to do it yourself. Thanks, Corey.
