I was the listing agent where Alliance was the lender for the Buyer. They have had 3 delays in closing, and have been poor communicators. They did not return phone calls or emails and have denied us the right to know if they can close the loan. I will never recommend them to a Buyer nor will I advise any future Seller to accept an offer where this is the lender.

Just closed on my house! Everyone here was very helpful, communicative, answered my MANY questions as a first time buyer, and they saved me a lot of money. Closing was cheaper than I thought it was going to be. I appreciate all of the hard work and help I got from Jason and Lara especially. Thank you so very much. I got a VERY good APR and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. I will definitely go through them again if I plan to buy again in the future. Thank you so so much for everything!
