They will not help with sourcing specialty bolts. Drove down in person, the worker helping didn't know anything about bolts and looked confused. So I left my info for a sales member, they NEVER CALLED. I ended up ordering online from a different company. Their loss, I was looking for a bulk order too.

I called looking for wheel studs that come out of an axle flange for a Jeep I needed longer than stock i gave the guy everything he needed to know (knurl size thread pitch length) so he would have full knowledge of what I was trying to achieve and he wanted to sell me allthread he said he can get in 3' sections i tried to explain again what I was looking for he had NO CLUE don't waste your time with these people I even called back to give him a second chance still NO CLUE

What fantastic customer service! I'm not even a commercial customer and they took the time to respond to me on a $5 will-call order the same day I requested the parts. If I ever need to buy any real quantity, this will absolutely be my first call.
