LensCrafters at Macy's - Closed

Best eye experience I have had in years! Dr. Reed was on it- super professional and knows his stuff. I cannot believe how clearly I can see! I haven't had an eye appt in 4 years and was in desperate need of upgrading from readers to include distance. The distance is SPOT ON as is the close up readers. I have progressives, I will say I am not a fan of the interim lens between my distance and reader- but I have only had them a week and not sure if I have it down yet. What I really enjoyed was their efficiency- I went in on a Friday and the following MONDAY I got a text to pick up my new glasses! I have always had to wait 2 weeks to get glasses at the doctor's office. In addition to their efficiency, they made it so easy to work within my budget- offering lots of flexibility on frame prices and what I truly needed in a lens. I will say, it was WORTH the upgrade to have the larger field of vision in the progressive lens, I have never once felt woozy or dizzy from the moment I put them on. I will be a repeat customer! Thank you~~

These guys are amazing and went above and beyond for me. I visited the LensCrafters in the actual mall and picked out a frame that I loved and was to return a week later to get my new prescription and outfitted with said frames. When I came back, they had sold them to someone else despite being told they would hold them for me. Discouraged, I left and on my way to my car I crossed through Macy’s and discovered this other LensCrafters. Sadly they did not have those frame that I picked out up stairs but they did get me setup with another pair that I was pretty happy with. I scheduled my eye exam for a week later and returned to find out that the woman who helped me the week prior took extra time to find the frames I originally wanted solely by going by the description and color that I provided. AND, she offered me a larger discount on top of what my insurance covered. Phenomenal. These people are awesome and go the extra mile. Skip the inside mall store and give this one your business. They’re worth it.
