First, regarding charges. When I asked what the monthly rental fee was, I was told "$80 per pay period." They never explicitly corrected me or clarified that they don't charge monthly, they charge every 28 days. This difference will make a difference for people on a tight budget. I felt a little deceived, so I wanted to talk to the same salesperson who was so nice when trying to get me to sign up. But under these new circumstances, he ignored my request for an explanation of why this 28 day bill period isn't clearing explained.
Second, regarding delivery. The delivery people don't carry anything to level the unit. LuckiIy, I had some scrap lumber and he agreed to try and level it when I asked him to. He did a good job. Think ahead if you have a slope and want your container to be level. You will need to have the proper lumber to make that possible.

Boy, they're busy bees...but what a pleasure to work with these folks.  Thanks for the professionalism, and quality equipment!Update: equipment was delivered on time, and with smiles. Very helpful drivers too! Wonderful overall experience.
