Belfor Environmental

If I could leave a review without any stars I don't know what service Belfor Environmental provides, but I do know they hire disrespectful and rude people. I was verbally assaulted by 3 male employees while standing in line at Panda Express in Roseburg. I then called their boss to report them and he argued with me and insisted "that could not have happened by his crew!" I would not use them for anything if they were the last choice on Earth!!!

I called Belfor Environmental upon notice that my survey of sheet vinyl came up positive for asbestos. I called Belfor and was schedule for a estimate the following day. Chris called and let me know that he was running early and asked if that was alright. Upon arrival he answered all my questions I had about the abatement. He made himself available by email and phone and actually answered. We hired Belfor and they were out on the next business day as I had exposed myself to the asbestos by pulling up some of the vinyl myself (per another contractor for floor instillation). During the abatement DEQ happened to choose my residence as a random location to perform an inspection and there were no major implications. The only negative I had was when they disconnected my dishwasher (which I understand is not apart of their job duty and I gave them permission to remove it) one of the connections under the sink no longer had a tube connected to it and the following day I noticed that my pipe was leaking because I needed to put a cap where the dishwasher had been connected. That may have been something I should have known and not necessarily on them. It would have just been a nice reminder. The abatement was done within the quoted time and actually early. They cared for my appliances and I would recommend them to anyone.
