Environmental Testing Associates

Our family has been extremely impressed with Environmental Testing Associates! We used their company to test our home when we found out we had unseen black mold (builder issue) that was causing health issues and once more when our car had a sunroof leak and had it tested after it was remediated to see if levels were safe. Each visit we've had, Karin the owner came out to test, got the sample off to the lab quickly and interpreted/gave a very detailed report of the findings. This company is very professional and genuinely cares about you as a person/family. Karin/ETA is our first go to for any mold testing!

We used Karin's services for a project that needed immediate attention. She was very prompt in responding to us and her professionalism and customer service was STELLAR! She came to the job site and gave the time to show me where and how she would be taking her samples and why she was collecting them from "that spot". I enjoyed her thoroughness and willingness to help see the job done right for us! She does not cut corners and really cares about her work. We were in a pinch for time and she took it upon herself to have the testing expedited for us! We really appreciate her generosity and we will definitely be using her services in the future!

Very responsive, committed pricing & schedule up front, showed up on time as scheduled, explained the process, and delivered reports as promised! Would highly recommend this team of experts. Both the office team and the field representatives were very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Tested for mold, asbestos, and lead.

Karin did an excellent job evaluating our clinic for potential mold. We needed her to do the inspection after hours to avoid needing to close the clinic. She was extremely flexible and did the inspection on an evening after hours. I highly recommend her.
