Sent me home with Covid symptoms refused to test I got worse and went to a different ER with a high fever and tested positive had to give me fluids

Terrible emergency room Walked out went in for possible blood clots nurse and staff acted like it wasn't important never got called back I left and went to different hospital.. let's hope your family members never get treated like this last I heard you can die from a blood clot do not trust adventist health

The attitude from the front desk nurse was absolutely appalling. She gaslit us by dismissing my partners pain and trying to make us think nothing was wrong, as though we were an annoyance to her and her day. So we just left feeling like we would more than likely get the same attitude from the doctors so why waste our time in the really long wait as the nurse put it and found somewhere else to take care of us. Ive never been treated so poorly by someone whos job is quite literally to comfort and make sure sick people are taken care of not made to feel extremely uncomfortable for seeking out help for their pain. I understand this pandemic has been hard but its been hard on everyone in many different ways. You should not treat anyone unkindly for simply seeking medical attention. Obviously nothing with this place will change considering the amount of poor reviews but dont waste your time with this place.
