        Completely unacceptable service. We have only one elevator at the subsidized apartment building I manage in downtown Portland for elderly/disabled tenants. The elevator has now been out for 3 days, many of my tenants in wheelchairs and with disabilities are trapped and unable to leave the building. Thysenkrupp sent a tech out yesterday to attempt to repair the issue, they were unable to fix the problem and had to keep the elevator shut down for an additional night, but assured me they'd be back at 7am to finish the work. They have not returned and I'm unable to get any kind of response from their office, still on hold with their phone line. This is an emergency situation and potentially dangerous and I cannot get in touch with the company we've contracted to repair our elevator.
