Bill was our Salesman and very helpful an knowledgeable to two novice but technician licensed females. We drove three hours to get there and were not disappointed. Between the two of us we spent a little over 1K. And no sales tax or shipping made the trip worthwhile. My vote goes to Bill for doing a great job! On the Next visit Eric was helpful to my friend with hand held radios and Norman was exceptionally helpful with scanner options for myself. Always pleased when I leave. Its worth the trip!

The best support in any online store hor ham gear. They take care of you with any issues in radio you may have. Wonderful people to buy from. Ill be going to them from now on.

They're all right. But they're Ham Radio Outlet. Not CB Radio outlet. Guess I'm studying CB Radios this term on the side. They were kind to me and my service animal. They didn't try to swindle me or bs me. They seemed honest. I will definitely go back here once I get my Ham Radio tech license. They told me order online or go to a truck stop to get what I needed which is cool. The didn't lie to me or refer me to someone that would con me. Be very careful who you trust when it come to CB Radios around the Portland area. Read The Reviews! 5 stars.
