        This is one of the hit or miss spots I've used for charging. The chargers used to all work, then some began to be sporadic, shorting after being plugged in. Now they are beginning to replace the old chargers but only two have been replaced so far since July 28th. (8-19-2021) if they all get fixed and stay at least a bit more reliable than they were. This could be the best spot to charge. I just hope once they're all replaced, that they are maintained better.

        The city of Portland needs to put in more chargers or add a second electric Avenue because these stations are always full and people have to wait several hours to get a charge, the two Lv.2 chargers here are the ONLY Lv.2 chargers in all of Portland that are not in a paid parking garage. I will have to sell my car undoubtedly like many other electric car owners have had to do because the city lacks accessible charging stations for those of us that live in apartments
