Pacific Power ripped my electrical mast off my house & cut my line to the electrical grid on 2/16/2021 after a big storm loosened the mast. Then they left a note on the side of my house demanding that my meter location be changed in a way that will cost me much as $7000! Several electricians have told me so far that any other power company would have pinned the line to the roof temporarily rather than leave a elderly, disabled woman without electricity for weeks (so far 6 weeks) while she desperately searches for a bid she can afford. I'm also told by electricians that the upgrade they are demanding is not even necessary, that the same thing could be accomplished in a much less expensive way. This has nothing to do with safety. I hate Pacific Power. When I move, My next home will not be in Pacific Power territory.

How about before they go knocking on doors or talking to us as your clients, they put a face mask on? We’ve only been doing this for a year.

They do fine with keeping the power on but make it very difficult to pay your bill. Have had this problem every place I’ve moved to that they covered. Hasn’t improved in 25 years. Once you get auto pay set up don’t move or change banks. Why would a company make it so difficult to give them money?

A RiverLine LLC cherry picker parked in front of my driveway on 3/7/2031 NE Alameda St between 7AM and 9AM leaving me unable to leave my residence by car this AM. There is no crew anywhere on Alameda St or NE 60TH (nearest cross street) to confront about the issue. Attached is a picture, it's hard to see by the angle but the vehicle is more than halfway blocking my access to my driveway. There is about 3-4 feet the vehicle could pull up to be able to leave both my driveway and my neighbors driveway clear. I'm leaving under Pacific Power because RiverLine is contracted by them as per the stickers on their truck. Also RiverLine does not have anywhere to leave Google reviews. I really feel like I shouldn't have to hunt down workers to leave my own house!

Power is ok, however paying is a nightmare each month. Either I get double charged and have to call my bank to fix it, or the website and app time out in the middle of processing my card, or I successfully pay and it shows a balance due days later still. I would switch if I could. I have not had these same problems with other providers.
