        My orthopedic surgeon wrote an order for an MRI that went to Providence on a Friday. I called Diagnostic Imaging the same day to schedule, even though my doctor told me that providence themselves would call me when they got the order. The phone line was just a voicemail box that asked me to leave a message and then warned me that it was taking 4 business days to return voicemails! Meanwhile I am in extreme pain, and my doctor needs the MRI results to determine course of treatment. Finally, the Friday after I called - a week later -, they call me back. They claim they don't have an order for me, and tell me to call my doctor and tell them to resend it then call us back. Angie on the phone said that I'll have to wait for another call back which could take days. Do these people know they are dealing with urgent medical matters??!! Unacceptable level of service! They should have just contacted the doctor's office themselves and coordinated the transfer of the MRI order at this point.

        I ordered a margarita and they gave me a bottle of watered down iodine. Spoke to the manager and that's all they carry! Gross. 5 stars.
