        Last summer I had a wedding to attend and I was the maid of honors date. Naturally I waited till last minute to get myself a new suit for this occasion, 2 days before the wedding I came into Brooks Brothers after stopping by 2 separate suit shops that did not have the quality nor vision I was hoping for. Sadly I cannot remember the young ladies name that helped me but she killed it. If she still works there I hope she sees these photos and that I appreciated her help and talent. I highly recommend this place. I will be returning soon because I have a black and gold themed wedding in December. Thanks!

        I just visited this location. I was the only guest in the store. I was completely ignored by the two men working. One on the phone in the back with his feet up the other walked right past me trying not to make eye contact. I’ve never experienced customer service this poor.
