This was my dentist office for many years. I have always enjoyed going there as there are many very nice people working there. Unfortunately I will not be able to go back based on my last experience. I chipped my front tooth and made an appointment with my dentist to get it fixed. I went in and there was a dentist I had not met before. He fixed my tooth, and I went back home. He told me I was good to go and I could eat no poblem. My first bite of food chipped my tooth again, and actually chipped off more of my tooth. It was a gyoza. I went back in the next day and told the dentist that I was missing more of my tooth and he didn't believe me. He thought it looked the same. My front tooth has been in my mouth for most of my life, I know how much tooth is missing. He fixed it again and no joke, less than an hour after he fixed it, my tongue flicked it off, taking more of my tooth off. Not once did the dentist apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused me the first time he fixed it. I called the office to tell them what happened and also to cancel the future appointment I had already set. I asked for a refund, and they gave it to me. But they never showed that they cared about me or what my experience was. The dentist was very arrogant. They lost a long time patient and never reached out to me to see why. A couple of weeks later I called them to tell them how I felt and they showed no empathy.
