What a fabulous dental practice! You get seen at your appointment time, the folx are friendly, and the billing staff is accurate and helpful with my insurance . Dr. Edwards is great at explaining process. Mike is my hygienist and my teeth feel so clean when I am done. Their safety practices during COVID make me feel safe.

I was in for a cleaning recently and had a very uncomfortable interaction with one of the hygienists. She swore profusely. Stopped for minutes on end to rant about people in her life while I lay there helpless to leave. She "joked"?? about beating her kids so they are good. She talked about all the people she hates. On and on. To make matters worse, when I brought this up to the clinic, I asked them to not to share specifics with her. Not only did they not respect my request for discretion, they gave her my HOME ADDRESS which I still can't think of any possible justification for. She used. my address to write me a note attempting to explain her actions. When I responded to them about this huge breach of privacy, they never replied. I hope she doesn't show up at my house.
