I always have a good experience here. The staff are friendly, good-humored, and professional. And they seem to have $2 bills any time I need them.

In person, pre-pandemic they were great. Now that I live in the suburbs 30 minutes from a branch its infuriating because every time I have to call, I get some third party call center rep and get transferred 3-4 times without any resolution. Ive been locked out of my account for over a month because I got a new phone number. Ive spent hours on the phone and have been told numerous times that someone from the back end would contact me back and havent heard back. Time to head in and close my account down and take my money elsewhere I guess. Its sad because I like to support small local businesses and enjoyed seeing this one grow but the call center is too wretched and its unacceptable to not have access to your own money.
