After experiencing several counselors over the years that felt very superficial and unhelpful when I discovered Michael I was elated. I chose him specifically because he was addressing the mind, the body and the spirit. It was the right choice. I worked with Michael over two separate and extremely difficult time periods in my life. One the death of my first husband. Working with him changed my world. I would not be on the path of healing I am today without his guidance. I had several major realizations that changed my course. As an example: Realizing I had completely cut off from having any hopes or dreams AND my own feelings. Realizing that my feelings & emotions were/are always valid is priceless. I highly, highly recommend Michael.

I had the privilege of working with Michael for over two years. He helped me come to terms with myself when I was facing a great personal challenge. He pointed me toward myself and the inner resources I had available to me when I felt a great darkness and insurmountable grief. Through Michael's wise and compassionate guidance, I began to open in new ways, learning to trust in "presence" and in "being" and to rest and find peace there. I found renewed enthusiasm, vigor, ability to "sort things out" and a deep and abiding respect and love for this great teacher and counselor. I could not recommend anyone more highly or with more complete trust and gratitude.

Michael has been profoundly helpful in getting me unstuck from unhealthy and unhappy habits. I always enjoy our sessions and come away feeling lighter, hopeful and inspired. I unabashedly recommend him to light the way to remembering ones true heart and the peace that knowing it gives.
