I got a birthday certificate for a free German pancake. We went to Elmers on Mill Plain on my birthday. I didn't like it. The Manager came to the table, apologized profusely, told me to order something else, and said to bring my certificate back anytime for another breakfast! We often go to Elmers. Everyone there renders the best service, and the food's always great!

Been a frequent patron to the Tigard ELMERS but am now disabled , wheelchair bound, and have special needs that make it far too difficult to dine-in. so my caregiver picks up my orders. Elmer's policy now is they will no longer take TO GO Orders. The manager said diners can take food home if they've eaten at least half. CRAZY! I plan to make waves over this. It's discriminatory towards the disabled.

I took my children here for dinner we all ate. Half way through my daughters prime rib dip she found a hair on the inside of her sandwich. I brought this bthe managers attention and she called me lier!!!! I asked her to simply replace half the sandwich since she ate half already and she refused. She claimed I called her names and that did NOT happen. She yelled across the restaurant and infront of other customers I am humiliated at best! Disgusting place disgusting service
