        Meskel market is a great local resource for East African cooking! You can buy fresh injera (they also sell teff flour in bulk if you want to make it yourself) along with many spices and beans/peas for Ethiopian dishes. The woman at the front counter is very friendly and funny, she often gives me cooking advice too.

        This shop has a lot, including Teff flour (ivory and brown), fresh-made Injera (contains barley), a ton of spices, canned food and even ingredients for geshoe. I remember cooking utensils too, but I'm not sure if they have any mitads in stock. They are open now.
