OH MY GOODNESS! THIS COMPANY WAS MY SAVIOR! I called ABC Lock & Safe on a Friday evening right before they closed. My key had broken off inside my lock and my dog was also locked inside my apartment. A man named Jack came to my rescue within 15 minutes. He was able to get my broken half of my key out of the lock and also made me a new copy! Thank you X1000. He was also really nice to my reactive barking dog. EVERYONE IN PORTLAND SHOULD USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY SERVICE NEEDED.

Jack is a true craftsman who loves what he does and provides exceptional service. He repaired and cleaned my old school Schlage locks and they work like new. I appreciate his decision to restore the existing locks rather than trashing them and replacing with an inferior product. It would have been easier for Jack to toss them, but he is a person of integrity, so he put in the extra time to make them like new. His price was reasonable and he was able to respond to my request for help in a timely manner. I will definitely call Jack again should I need a locksmith.
