I recently had the pleasure of working with Catalyst Construction and Remodeling on a home project that included a basement remodel, bathroom renovation, and the addition of a small addition enclosing our back porch and inside new entry to the basement. I am very pleased with the results and the overall experience. Catalyst Construction demonstrated excellent project management skills. Timelines were adhered to, and any unforeseen challenges were addressed promptly and efficiently. Ryan was very competitive with his initial pricing and was fair with any added costs. He also worked closely, and patiently with us to achieve the design aspects we were looking for. Nick was great to work with and was easy to get ahold of to address any issues or to answer my questions. we love the results and will be contacting you again for any future work. Thanks again!

We recently had the pleasure of working with Catalyst Construction and Remodeling for a complete kitchen remodel, and we are thrilled with the results. Ryan and his team coordinated and completed a demolition down to the studs and rebuilt in a timely manner, keeping close to the original budget. There were surprises that came up during the renovation and Catalyst handled them professionally and was fair with the additional cost. One thing that stood out most with our kitchen remodel were the cabinets that were crafted and finished beautifully. Ryan put a lot of work into the design of our project and it turned out better than expected. Thanks again Catalyst for our lovely new kitchen!

I could not recommend Catalyst Construction and Remodeling enough! I had an attached two car garage built with a potential living space above. It included a new breezeway with beautifuldecking and cedar staircase and handrail. Ryan was very professional, timely, and supereasy to work with. Ryan's communication was on point and he continuously kept me informed of progress and any revision to the schedule. He went above and beyond working with the City of Portland to get approved for this building. He also spent time making sure the new garage upper floor level matched our current home upstairs, so we have the potential to connect them in the future. Not only was Ryan great to work withbut his team and subcontractors were just as great, and his pricing is very reasonable. I woulddefinitelyhire them again!

Worked with Ryan and his team for a while on a home addition and electrical system upgrade. Ryan was communicative throughout the process from initial ideas to punchlist. It was nice getting to know each separate team and sub, and they were all skilled, professional, and kind. I recommend giving them a call if you're looking for easy work to complex work. Update: adding some pics to show the new sunroom and addition exteriors. They did a beautiful job, truly!

We were recommended to Catalyst Construction from a family friend, and they didnt disappoint! Ryan and Catalyst completed an extensive remodel of our 1950s ranch to expectation. The team was wonderful to work with from site visit and bid, through demo & construction and until final inspection. Ryan is easy to communicate with, sets expectations/timelines, and honest throughout the project. Main scope of work included a demo of fireplace/chimney roof to basement, installed two support beams: main level & basement, kitchen remodel, basement remodel w/ egress window, oak flooring, etc. We were pleased with Ryan's entire crew and ALL subcontractors.
