It's all in house, absolutely no closing costs (minus the $1000 that you put down to reserve your home upon pre-qualification of their loan terms). The staff are personable (thank you and shout out to Heath), knowledgeable, transparent, and full of integrity and compassion throughout the whole process of buying a home. Whether it's your first home or fifth, they are available to answer any questions that may come up along the way. On average it takes about 52 days to close in Oregon, sometimes longer if there are conditions that need completion for the underwriting to be completed and signed. Our team worked quickly with and for us. From start to finish, less than 3 weeks to close. So grateful for the opportunity to work with this company and to be able to call myself a home owner! Their mission statement includes the term "dream fulfillment", and that is EXACTLY what they delivered to our family. This was my first time buying a house. Keith was beyond any word I can explain. From the first phone call he was professional and transparent. I finally understand the meaning of integrity after working with him and his crew to get me approved.
