We are a small business in Oregon and SMB has been our IT consulting firm for over 5 years. We don't specialize in IT so having SMB available, both to set up our server/system and to handle IT emergencies, has been critical to our success. They are very responsive and explain IT issues at a level that I can understand. I highly recommend them.

SMB has been our IT support company for many years. A year ago, our entire company switched to WFH in one day and the transition was seamless. The IT department was prepared and have been responsive supporting all users in the usual timely manner. We continue to rely on them as our business grows and changes.

The SMB Team did a great job installing our network, Tv's and WiFi. I really don't know a lot about this kinda stuff, but Ron & Russ took the time to explain it to me and I appreciated that.

SMB Technologies has been providing us integrated technical support across Apple and Microsoft OS since 2013. They have been outstanding both at recommending technology and implementing it. They are timely in addressing our needs such as the recent snowstorm impacts when one of the offices lost power and we need to develop workarounds. Highly recommend them for any size business but especially a small one like ours with just under 10 staff.
