        Short: Buy it in person. Long: i was looking for a Local source for GuatemalaHuehuetengo and ordered it online from Dovetail. I had great hopes! When it got here, i was not disappointed; it was great. But it took a week before they shipped and in the meantime, they ignored five follow up phone messages so I ordered coffee from California, which arrived two days after I ordered it. Still no Docetail so I also blocked the bank debit. On Day 9, it arrived, and I got to jump through all the hoops of fire with bank again to get the debit unblocked. Good or better coffee but not worth the aggravation from poor and no communication and the profound disrespect for customers that it implies.
