BEWARE- Their lack of professionalism and communication is appalling to say the least. They have no contracts, no proper process for working with a customer and provide no proper way to document your needs for a project other than back and forth via emails. A huge red flag I am still upset I ignored! They also hold zero accountability for any errors made in the projects they do. As a small business we reached out to them for some sewing needs and not only did they blame us for a major placement error they made of our logo on our products despite providing images of exactly what we wanted, they then stated that as a small business they simply couldn't afford to correct the error for free but was happy to provide a 10% off discount to redo the project for us! They destroyed our hats we provided resulting in a $200 loss plus they have refused to refund us the full sewing costs of $128.00! The error is so obvious not only should it have immediately been caught before the entire batch was even completely at best it should have been stopped and corrected before we were ever contacted for pick up. Clearly they do not care about providing quality products or service. It's such a shame when business won't step up and do right by their customers and account for their mistakes. As a small business owner myself please don't support other small businesses that treat their customers this way, it's not right and allows them to continue to do wrong to others.

Drea is not only an amazing seamstress, but a true creative as well. I brought in a top that needed a button fix, and she recommended an adjustment to the seams with a contrasting color stitch- and it's become my most favorite item of clothing. I highly recommend Drea for any of your classic alteration needs, or creative up-cycle needs as well. FIVE STARS!

I had a cute summer dress with adjustable straps. Problem: the little plastic piece that allows adjusting fell off! So I couldn't wear it. Thank Goodness I met Drea at an event at Pacific Holiday. She fixed it right up and now I can wear it again (just need the summer weather). She also makes all these cute things out of fabric scraps - like coffee filters and face exfoliators. YAY!

Hidden Opulence replaced a zipper on a long winter coat. The replacement looks just like the original and the sewing was perfect. They were professional, prompt, great communicators, and completed the work at a very reasonable price. I plan to use their service for all alterations/tailoring in the future and have no hesitation about giving my highest recommendation.
