We hired the Bridge City cleaning team to do a deep clean of the bathrooms and kitchen in an unoccupied house we were tasked with clearing out. They did a phenomenal job! They are hard working and extremely thorough. This wasn't just surface work, they cut through layers of grime in areas that had not been cleaned for a long time. I highly recommend them. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. This company was sold to a new owner in February. I gave the new owner three months and fired them in June. Not only did the quality of the cleaning drop off -- e.g., they stopped moving chairs to sweep under tables or wipe under things on the counter -- the crews broke multiple items during their cleaning and never offered to replace anything. Then, three full months after I fired them, they contacted me to claim there were a balance due. I had an automatic payment set up so that i would not accrue a balance. Of course I paid it, but what a terrible business practice, as no one wants to pay such a large amount at one time they weren't planning on. If I owed a balance when I fired you why not mention it then? I would never hire them again and I recommend you don't either if you like a clean house, unbroken personal items, and reliable billing.

Bridge City always does an outstanding job. We have used them for years to prepare homes going on the market for sale as well as move-out cleanings. They go the extra mile and always want you to be more than satisfied with their work. Use them to clean my own home too!
