Jade Chiropractic

Dr. Molly is wonderful! We've taken our baby to her for the last few months and she has been so helpful in helping deal with some lingering issues he had from a very long birth process. After a Dr. Molly visit he eats better, he turns his head in both directions much more smoothly, and he's just a happier kiddo! (Plus, the first nap after a chiropractic adjustment is the deepest, longest nap-- parent heaven!) I highly recommend Dr. Molly for any infant chiropractic needs, and I think more babies benefit from chiropractic adjustments than we think!

Dr. Bramble is a wonderful chiropractor! Ive had regular chiropractic over the years in different states Ive lived in and had been bouncing around different practices in Portland over the past two years looking for the right fit. Jade chiropractic is definitely it and I will be sticking with them! Dr. Bramble is truly a healer and has a wonderful skill for explaining what he is doing and why, so you can take that knowledge with you outside of his practice. He is also a very conscientious practitioner & I think would help anyone new to chiropractic feel more at ease. I appreciate his multi-modality approach to care, as he incorporates muscle work and targeted exercises into his practice. So happy that I found Jade for myself and my family! I highly recommend them if you want to do something nice for your health. :)

Molly @ Jade is the real deal. We had been running around all over town trying to get our 2nd son help in relieving some significant body tension so he could successfully take a bottle (and give my wife some relief). Molly came highly recommended from our lactation consultant and we now see why. No one was able to deliver as much help as Molly. Within days - or maybe it was hours? - of his first appointment, he was clearly more comfortable and took a small amount of bottle milk. Our son progressed from them on several future appointments and hasn't looked back. I know the results would not have been possible without Molly. (In the interest of full disclosure I would have never in a million years thought of taking a 4-5 month old in for chiropractic help....but all of our lives are significantly improved because of it).

I had been in substantial pain for a couple of months....lower back and all down my left leg... also impacting my ability to bend my left knee. After one visit with Adam Bramble i got great relief....i saw him two more times. His hands-on work, in the core lower back, area, provided relief, and the simple stretch exercise he advised for me, has taken away all the of the pain. i had been unable to sleep at night from pain or walk up stairs comfortably....even though i have done yoga since 1970 and walk miles every week, i was plagued by this ongoing situation....in three visits, i am free! thanks so much Adam!
