Ive been a mouth-breather since I was a child- Ive broken my nose a few times over the years and had multiple surgeries. By the time I was an adult I was snoring so bad at night that my throat was sore every morning! I was tired all the time and even had a fender bump with a car sitting in traffic because I dozed-?! My doctor was concerned about the oxygen levels in my blood and my apparent lack of sleep. I was diagnosed with Sleep Apnea but was still not sleeping well with the Cpap because I couldnt breathe through my nose-? So when Dr. Helton suggested I might find relief with the Cranial Facial Release I was ready to try ANYTHING! Im happy to say Im breathing MUCH better and its solely through my nose!

I just want to thank Dr. Helton and his assistant (Alissa) for helping me tremendously on my journey to restore my mental and physical health.
I originally sought Dr. Helton out for Cranial Facial Release (CFR) and after being assessed, he agreed to use the technique on me along with cold laser therapy.
I believe this approach has helped me progress to a mental state where I can start doing physical therapy to restore my muscle memory connection.
Fast forward a few months later and I am now physically in less pain and will continue to use his services until I am fully restored.

My neck and shoulder pain were becoming unbearable, to the point of total shoulder replacement . Thanks to Dr. Helton and his staff my pain has vanished and mobility has improved to where I'm no longer thinking about surgery

After seeing Dr. John Helton for twenty seven years, today I realized why he is the finest chiropractor doctor on this planet! I have seen chiropractors in Honolulu, Buenos Aires, London and Sydney but no match to the healing energy and Dr. Heltons magical hands. His diagnosis of a patients pain, spoken or hidden is unimaginable and truly exceptional. I am so glad todays technology is giving me the opportunity to express my appreciation which I could not share twenty years ago. Many a time I used to visit him even when my back pain did not bother me because seeing Dr. John periodically was just like the adage prevention is better than cure. I wonder who created his brand 42 years ago when he started his practice - healing hands!

Dr. John is the best Chiropractor I've been to in my entire life. And I am 71 and started seeing them when I was 19. So it's been awhile.
He takes his time with people, does extensive work to diagnose you correctly and then goes to work correcting the problems. I have never seen a chiro work with as many techniques as he does. He has so much education!!!
He has a kind and gentle way about him, and he really cares. He explains things to you too. And he makes me laugh with his silly jokes, some of them are quite good.
There is some kind of goodwill, goodness, happiness and magic that happens in that place. Not your typical chiropractor. He is an amazing healer, and his assistant Allisa is beautiful person too. She is very loving. I highly recommend them.
