Randall Children's Neurology

I had to bring my son here for a kick to the head! We got there at shift change so it took a few to get checked in, but to be expected! Our check in and wait were seamless and quick! The care that was provided for my son was 10/10 however, the reason for 4 stars and not 5 is because the entire staff was completely dismissive of the fact that I was his father! I checked him in by myself, he has my last name and my insurance with my name on it is what covered him; but once my partner showed up, all concerns and information was directed towards her not me! And the cherry on the cake, they didn't call me, his father, the he belongs to, but called my partner to follow up! Completely unacceptable behavior to assume a father isn't the primary care provider for their child! Do better!

My 8 mo old son was recently admitted here, for failure to thrive, and I don't have enough nice things to say! We were there about a week, and everyone of our nurses, doctors, and specialists were so caring and thoughtful! At one point he had to get a surgery, endoscopy, and a colonoscopy which made me super nervous. They were there the whole time making sure I was cared for, and most importantly that my son was taken care of. Everything went so amazing, and if we ever have to be hospitalized again, I will choose Randall Childrens. Also, it is a very clean and sterile place. Thank you to all the amazing staff!!

Unfortunately I have a grandson with cancer. My son and his wife chose Randall's to care for his rare cancer type. The fist year they stayed 167 nights there... hard to imagine. The staff and caregivers become part of your family, they have made this journey tolerable... No one realizes what a toll this takes on families unless you have walked in those shoes. Every single time this staff demonstrates humanity with dignity. I would not want me grandson in any other person's care.
