I ordered the wrong product without the understanding of the installation difference in marmoleum tiles. The young kid working there showed me what I did ask for but it would have been helpful to explain differences between click and lock and just tiles. I tried explaining this to Mike only to be yelled at. I did not know there was a difference in application and would have done more homework with the correct information from flooring people. Thats on me as I explained this to Mike as I took ownership of ordering in incorrect product. Mike was not helpful at all when I called asking about return policy so I could get the correct product ordered. Mike was rude even after I owned up to ordering the wrong flooring as I thought what was ordered was what was needed. He complained about having to the rep. Boo hoo that he had to make a call. He was yelling at me and was not hearing me at all. I would never go back to this company based on this individuals demeanor and phone etiquette. He is not a person I ever want to work with again as not sure how they are still in business after my experience. He should NEVER be working in customer service because he does not know the meaning of it. Shame on him for treating me with such disrespect as a customer. I never raised my voice or yelled at this individual but he is simply a bully and needs to understand the meaning of customer service and how you should speak to people. He doesnt. Horrible experience and I would NOT recommend this company based on this one person.
